1. Go to the official portal
Visit the WB Panchayat Online Property Tax system at prdtax.wb.gov.in
2. Sign up / Log in
Under Citizen Corner, click Sign Up or Login.
Use your mobile number, district, block, gram panchayat, and then follow OTP verification
3. Search for your property
To find your property:
Enter your Assessee number or mobile number, or Select your district, block, GP, then search by your name/father’s name
4. Verify tax details
Once found, you’ll see:
Your Assessee number
Owner’s details
Outstanding tax amount
Click Pay Now to proceed
5. Make the payment
Choose periods to pay (current, arrears) and the portal calculates the total.
Pay using UPI, QR code, card, or net banking
6. Get receipt
After successful payment, you'll receive a Form‑5 (Misc. receipt).
Download or print it for your records
7. Need help?
If your property doesn’t show up, wait a few days or contact the Gram Panchayat office
